Missing camp? Missing your camp friends? Come back to Jamestown for a weekend designed just for teens ages 12–15!

Led by Teen Camp Director "Ren"and the Jamestown team, Teen Getaway Weekend is all about reconnecting with old friends, making new ones, and enjoying camp in a whole new season. Expect classic camp activities, games, campfires, s’mores, plenty of time to hang out, and a few surprises along the way.

Come back to camp. Bring a friend. Make some memories.

Homemade Tamales: A Culinary Experience in Mexico

Wednesday, October 14th from 6 PM- 8PM $75/person Guests must be 21 years of age or older

Join us for a delicious, hands-on evening celebrating the flavors of Mexico! Learn to make traditional chicken tamales from scratch, while enjoying fresh salsa, Mexican street corn, silky black bean purée, and freshly made churros with warm chocolate ganache. Come ready to cook, learn, laugh, and enjoy a taste of Mexico!

Jamestown 4H Education Center is located on the shores of the James River. We offer both recreational and educational opportunities for children and adults of all ages. Whether you want to join a summer camp program or immerse your family in the great outdoors, our center is ready for your visit! We host eight weeks of 4-H Junior Summer Camp, nine weeks of Day Camp and year-round programs for schools, families, and businesses in our local community and from around the country.
